Adults are welcome to join our Introduction to Tai- Chi series with instructor Regina Gill. Beginners are welcome. Tai chi chuan is a self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching which may help reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve balance. Registration is not needed, however space is limited. The class meets Wednesdays, from 1:30pm to 2:45pm, for eight weeks, beginning January 11, 2023.
