Imperial Beach Community Clinic (IBCC) provides Medication Assistance and Contingency Management Programs for substance use disorders. The programs accept Medi-Cal recipients and for those uninsured, IBCC will assist with accessing insurance. IBCC has specialized team members that will help coordinate your plan of care.

IBCC has served San Diego's South Bay community since 1971 and works to promote a healthy community by providing quality health care and resources, with a focus on the underserved.

IBCC visits Imperial Beach Library twice a month. On the 4th Monday of the month, IBCC's information table highlights their substance use programs.
