Hatha Yoga originated in Indian in the 15th Century. This type of Yoga is a slow-paced, gentle, and focused on breathing, and connecting the mind and body. Vinyasa Yoga-Much like Hatha, Vinyasa covers basic poses and breath synchronized movement. This variety of Hatha Yoga uses sun salutations, and other asanas to help keep you moving comfortably and safely in your body.
