AlterCareLine is a non-profit organization that offers free emotional and mental peer support to all residents of San Diego County. Services include: peer support for individuals or groups and help with identifying resources around the community. 

Please come say hello and stay to talk for a while. If you do not have time to stay and talk we can set up an appointment for you to talk with one of our qualified peer support specialists!
