THE ORDEAL – An ensemble born out of the vibrant San Diego music scene. Originally formed in 2004, it includes San Diego Music Hall of Fame recipient Cathryn Beeks, Encinitas local Marcia Claire, Rob Garbo, Jim Diez, John Katchur, and Josh Weinstein.  After a hiatus they are back with a who’s who of local musical talent, blending rock, folk, pop, and soul into their set list. If there is a “super group” in San Diego, The Ordeal may well be it.
