La Maestra Community Health Centers is a clinic that provides quality health care as well as social services to improve the overall well-being of our communities. Some of the services offered through our circle of care services include: accesses to our food pantry, community garden, immigration dept., and health education dept. The Community Health Access Department (CHAD) provides enrollment and follow-up assistance with the SD county for Medi-Cal and CalFresh programs, as well as Covered California. We also offer enrollment to a Financial and Housing program that provides personal coaching , SDG&E discount, assistance applying for a Security Deposit Program, and many more!
