Learn how to experience Divine Meditation as peace, harmony and healing in a world of change, challenge and uncertainty. No experience required. Class includes brief period of standing (may be seated if needed), instruction and practice of  Divine Meditation. Meditation is the main portion of  the class.  Q& A of prewritten questions will be answered. Program does not offer class discussion.
